For Video Sunday, I paid a visit to one of the coolest tracks in the world... one that most people have never heard of. Nordschleife, the real Nurburgring. Even in its truncated form, it is over 13 miles long with 73 turns.
I trotted out an old post to give it a little new exposure. Dirty Little Real Estate Secret. The media loves to "expose dirty secrets" and most of them aren't that juicy. When I wrote it, I had just watched a news story about a dirty secret your real estate agent won't tell you... it was that other people stay in your time share. Really?
I am now loading Flickr. So I thought I would say so... After all, I don't mind people following me there to see pictures of cool stuff going on in and around Lilburn, GA... some real estate, some not.
As we get closer to the official launch of LilburnDwellings.com, I wanted to talk about What is Hyper-Local Content and why do you care? After all, the stuff happening around the corner is at least as important as the stuff happening under the Gold Dome or up in DC.
He didn't make it to the Medal Round, but we were able to Get ready to cheer for Lilburn's Eric Shanteau. He made it to the semi-finals, and swam a great race in the 200m breast stroke. Now he has made it back to Atlanta.
I love making up new words... especially from combining other words. And I was able to make a new one. Ad Homily... my new made up word of the week.
If you are around Atlanta, you ought to pay a visit to the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center in Buford. It is the "greenest" building in the southeast. And there are lots of pictures...
