I have finally put the last nail in the June GarageHomesUSA - LaneBailey.com eNewsletter. And it has mailed. There are a couple of really good stories in it.
If you aren't already a subscriber... why? It is free, and a way to catch up on some of the posts from various sources over the last month. There is a subscription button right on the top of the front page of my blog. There will soon be a subscribe button on GarageHomesUSA as well.
In fact, GarageHomesUSA might be getting a major surgery over the next couple of weeks... I just can't help it.

Lane--I love your article about selling a home in a week--SO TRUE! We have clients all of the time that are READY to put their home on the market RIGHT NOW! Even if the home is in mint condition, I persuade them into waiting until flyers are in the box and brochures in the home as well as all other pertinent information and advertising underway! If not, there's a 3-7 day lag time and that just adds to their MLS 'ticker' that everyone is concerned about.
