Last night, Thrasher Park was swinging to the big band tunes of Atlanta 17. But you probably missed it... ;^ )
But you don't have to miss the next free concert!
That's right... free concert. Every other Friday in Thrasher Park, just across the tracks from Historic Downtown Norcross, the city is hosting a free concert in the bandshell.
Last night there were young and old, those that remembered Glenn Miller's In the Mood when it was the newest song on the radio, and those that think Nirvana is old school rock and roll. And everyone seemed to be having a great time while Atlanta 17 played.

Love the photos and what a great way to spend a summer night! Free summer concert--EVERY other Friday?! We have a pops concert in the park in the spring here but, it is simply TOO muggy to enjoy in the summer here!
