I am one of those real estate agents that thinks web design is part of the job description. Despite the firm belief that we are usually better off hiring out tasks that aren't part of our core responsibility, I'm still doing most of my own web work.
I know, I know. I need to hire this out, and I will as soon as I can put the budget together for it. But, in the mean time...
I have run across a few different nifty sites that allow one to add features and other design elements. I've already mentioned the widgets, and here are a few more.
CoolTEXT is a cool site that lets you design logos and other design elements.
GRsites has a LOAD of textures and backgrounds. There are also buttons, fonts and folder designs.
I know that there are a bunch more out there. And, each of these actually have a bunch of areas with different items.
