Looking Out From the Garage

MagToo... Panorama toy

I have been looking around for a good way to put Panorama pictures on my blog and website. I have long been able to just post them flat, but I wanted a rotating display that was more interactive.Garage Pano

While in the search, I just ran across a site called MagToo that you can use to build slide shows and panorama shows and trip shows.

Slide shows is pretty self explanatory... We are talking pictures with music... think Virtual Tour. And you can skin it and make it an embeddable widget. The cool part is that the viewer can zoom in to the pictures.

A Panorama show is basically the same style panos we see in real estate. The viewer can grab onto the image and look around.

Trip Shows looks kind of interesting. I don't think the site is very old, but there don't seem to be a lot of trip shows loaded. This is also a slide show with music and/or a panorama show... and a geo tag. So, you can look in and see exactly where people have been.

By adding the geo tag, it makes it a little cooler. While I know that one might be able to load a bunch of houses on it (I haven't read the ToS yet, and they might not allow that) I think it is cooler that we can build these types of application widgets ourselves, and the code is as easily utilized as YouTube.

I know that I will be giving the embed code to my sellers to let them send out emails to people they know about their properties.

Anyone else going to play in here and see what I've missed?  And one caveat.  It appears to NOT be FireFox friendly, so you have to use IE to build the shows.
