In case you missed my last post, I congratulated Matt Fagioli and the team at Diamond Dwellings for making the finalist's list for the Inman Innovator Awards.
Well, they aren't the only ones...
One of my vendors also made the list. Obeo. And if you don't know who they are... you should. Here is their link. And after you go their and start getting wowed by the cool tech, your next stop should be to say "Hi" to our own Obeoman, Steve Stearns.
I recently used Obeo's Virtual Tour, SpaceDesigner and StyleDesigner on a listing. These are COOL tools for buyers. In fact, I had an agent sending her clients to my branded website so that they could play with them and see more about the house.
They are also in some pretty big company. Terrabitz, Mixpo, BlueRoof360 and Roost are also finalists for the New Technology Award.
