We have just introduced a new format for our Gwinnett County Market Reports. In addition to the traditional report covering the entire county, we have added reports for several of the cities in Gwinnett. They are viewable here:

Of course, market stats can get kind of dry, so there are a lot of types of information on each city's page.
- Zillow Market Value Graph (with a lot of interesting data...)
- Photos from Flickr
- A short history
- An interpretation of the market data
- Selection of recently sold homes in the city
- Links to school information for both public and private schools
- The Walk Score for the city
We are trying to get all of the data spun up for each city and should be up to speed by the end of the week. We have also crunched out the data and in addition to each city, we are breaking out data for homes in various price ranges: under $200k, $200k-$400k, $400k-$600k, $600k-$800k, $800k-$1m and over $1m. This will allow you to get a better idea of the market activity in the range in which you are interested.
We have also added a page for the County-wide Market Stats. This page will always have the most recent month's market activity.
Preliminary numbers will be updated later in the month.
