What DOES that guy sound like?

I did a cheesy one for the contest a while back, but I decided to let actual professionals video me for an agent profile. Similar script, better place than the Gallery (hallway) in my house... And way better sound.

So, here I am...



I'd like to thank the folks at AtlantaDwellings.tv for helping me to make this look good. It is a whole lot easier having the teleprompter...

A better real estate video

Here is a better real estate video. It is well worth the time to take a look. Whether we like it or not, this is the wave of the future.

While over at Real Estate Radio yesterday, I ran across this story about property videos.   They highlighted three videos.  Two are pretty traditional, and paled in comparison to this one.  In fact, one had music more suited to a funeral than trying to sell a property... but the property was more suited for a funeral than for selling, too.  Seriously. 

But, back to this video...  I really like it, but there is one thing that sticks out at me.  I don't want to say what it is until there are a few comments.  I want to see what others think.  I could be wrong.  It has happened before...  ;)

So, take a look.  Then start getting on the phone looking for a good video producer to handle your property listings.
