Looking Out From the Garage

You want options? I have options...

If you are a homeowner that wants to sell your home, I probably have an option that will work for you.

If you are comfortable handling things yourself, but want:

  • To be listed on both local MLSs
  • To be listed on a load of other sites, like Century21.com and our relocation network
  • To be listed on the sites of most of the local brokers (through reciprocity)
  • To have someone assist you with the post offer negotiations, and to walk you through closing

My Choices Program might be what you are looking for.  It is a flat fee program.  As the seller, you pick your own marketing, and other optional services.  We can do as much or as little as you want.  Take a look.  I offer some options that the rest of the office hasn't picked up on yet...  So, feel free to shoot me a message if you are interested in the Choices Program.

But, let's say that you are less comfortable handling the details, or you just don't have the time or inclination to deal with all of the stuff that can go into selling a house:

  • Marketing
  • Open Houses
  • Handling feedback
  • Staging consultation
  • Property website
  • Property Flyer
  • Property pricing analysis
  • Virtual Tour
  • Interactive floor plan and virtual decorator (free for listings in February)

That is my Premium Service

But, there is something else.  I am confident in my Premium Service.  Very confident.  Confident enough to say... "If you don't like the way I am handling the sale of your house, fire me."  You don't have to wait until the end of the listing period.  I will give you the ability to fire me.  You will have it in writing.

So, whether you are a seasoned home seller and want to save a few bucks, or you would prefer to let a professional handle it so you can avoid the headaches and spend time doing things that you actually like... I have you covered.

I look forward to hearing from you...
