Looking Out From the Garage

Hockey... and real estate

Back to the stretches…

We just got back from the Thrashers/Lightning game. The Thrashers were on fire (for a change) and beat Tampa Bay 6-2. Everything worked. Passes connected. Bounces went the right way. The calls were pretty good. For the Thrashers, anyway…

Here are the highlights from last night's game. We were running late, and missed the first period... THREE Thrasher's goals... but they scored three more so we wouldn't feel left out. The video below is a Kovalchuk compilation from last season.

In a lot of ways, real estate transactions are similar. Luckily, real estate professionals are a lot better than hockey professionals at keeping the team productive. We connect with the other pros on our team. The calls connect, and the communication works. Inspections happen. In short, contracts close.Like a good goalie, we have a high save percentage, and the ones that get by don’t lose the game. We also try to have good defense working with us; inspectors, mortgage brokers, closing coordinators, etc.

If you are looking for a real estate agent in Gwinnett, give me a call. I specialize in properties for auto enthusiasts. I like hockey fans, too.
