While out with one of my buyer clients last week, we ran across a home in Suwanee that looks to be an incredible deal. It is priced around $300k, and when we ran the comps we kept coming back to a market value of around $350k-$375k.
It isn't my listing, so I can't get into too much detail nor can I post photos without the listing agent's permission. One of my lenders just let me know that he has both 97% (580 score) and 100% (680 score) financing available for buyers that qualify.
This is an amazing time to buy! Right now, you can buy a property and have a real 20% equity stake. As the market continues to turn, that equity stake will rise quickly.
