Looking Out From the Garage

Trials Riding in California

It’s New Year’s Eve… It’s late… ok, not that late… But, late enough that I can’t really sit down and write a hard hitting real estate post. I have a few of those banging around in my head like a couple of marbles in a oil drum, but

Tonight we party!

These are amateur trials riders playing in California. In my quest to bring the best in motorsports from anywhere… that no one has heard of. Trials riders endeavor to conquer obstacles without putting down a foot. They bounce the bikes around, wheelie, and do whatever else it takes get over the obstacle.

If I tried really hard, I could say something about real estate in Gwinnett County, GA… and overcoming obstacles…

Those crazy Europeans... drifting a truck

I started off looking for another nice WRC video... and ended up with this.

It is truly amazing to watch this guy seem to defy physics with this truck... I know that the actual weight of the truck is low in the chassis, so it isn't really ready to flip, but visually it looks impossible.

Another gratuitous off-road video...

I know, I’m supposed to be writing about real estate… later, trust me. I just ran across this, and thought I would post it up for my friends that aren’t already familiar with the insane goings on over in Iceland.

When too much power is almost enough…

So, there are a couple of points I would like to make… the water is much deeper than the wheels. The Jeep is driving ON the water. Think back to driving classes, when they talked about hydro-planing… that is what they are doing. Also, did you catch the vertical driving on the volcanic sand? I’ll post up some more of that sometime, too…

BTW, this is my little way of celebrating 250 posts...
